You can action the majority of queries by logging into the My Account section. Below are our most frequently requested actions:

Problems logging into My Account

Click on the Login link at the top of the page.
If it is your first time logging into your account and/or you cannot remember your password, click the Reset link.
You will be asked to enter your email address which should be the email you used when you first registered / signed up with us.
An email will be sent to you which contains a one-time use link to set a new password for your account. You may need to check your Spam folder for the email.
Click the link in the email, set your new password and then Login to your account.

Switch to "Plain Oils Only"

Login into your account.
Under My Orders, find the order you would like to change and click the View/Edit button.
In the Oil Choices section, click the Default to Plain Oils Only button.

Substitute particular oils into/out of my Adoption

Login into your account.
Under My Orders, find the order you would like to change and click the View/Edit button.
In the Oil Choices section, click the quarter you would like to change.
Use the dropdowns to select the oils you would like to receive and click Update.
Repeat if you want to change any of the other quarters.

Update my shipping address

Login into your account.
Under My Orders, find the order you would like to change and click the View/Edit button.
In the Order Details section, click Shipping Name or Shipping Address.
Enter your new shipping details and click Update.

Update my card payment details

Login into your account.
Under My Orders, click the Update Payment Card Details button.
You will be taken to a page hosted by our payment processor Stripe where you can re-authorise your current card and/or add a new one.

Pause / Suspend my Adoption

Login into your account.
Under My Orders, find the order you would like to change and click the View/Edit button.
In the Order Details section, click the Pause Adoption button.
In the dropdown, select the quarter in which you would like your Adoption to restart and click the Pause button.

Cancel my Adoption

Login into your account.
Under My Orders, find the order you would like to change and click the View/Edit button.
In the Order Details section, click the Cancel Adoption button.
If you're sure you'd like to cancel, click the "Yes, please cancel my Adoption button".
