The ingredients and instructions for Lemon Ricotta Bruschetta are as follows:
1. Slice baguette into half inch slices, lay them on a baking sheet, brush olive oil on each side and bake the bread at 190°C for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
2. Cut peeled garlic in half and rub on each slice of bread.
3. Zest lemon and set zest aside. Juice the lemon and mix with the ricotta cheese.
4. Generously spread the cheese on the bread slices.
5. On top of the cheese, drizzle the olive oil and honey, then sprinkle lemon zest and fresh basil.
6. Finish each slice by topping with a pinch of coarse, crunchy salt and serve.
