The ingredients and instructions for Spicy Prawn and Tomato Spaghetti are as follows:
1. Put the spaghetti into a pan of salted, boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and toss in 2-3 tbsp of Pomora olio nuovo.
2. While the spaghetti is cooking, heat 2 tbsp of the Pomora olio nuovo in a large pan over a medium heat and cook the garlic and chilli for 2 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the tomato purée, crème fraîche, parsley, lemon juice and some salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 3-4 minutes so that the sauce thickens. Add the prawns and bring back to a simmer to heat through.
4. With the sauce still on a medium heat, add the cooked spaghetti and toss well to allow the pasta a chance to absorb some of the sauce. Serve with an extra squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkling of parsley.
