The ingredients and instructions for Sweet Potato and Chilli Soup are as follows:
1. Heat butter in a large soup pan and gently saute the onion, garlic and chilli flakes until soft, about eight minutes.
2. Add the sweet potato and vegetable stock and bring to a simmer. Simmer gently for 15 minutes, until the potatoes are softened.
3. Puree until smooth, season to taste and divide between four soup bowls.
4. Garnish with extra chilli flakes and a swirl of chilli-flavoured olive oil to taste.
5. Finish with a sprinkling of fresh parsley.
